National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Thursday, October 1st, 2009Happy October! This is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and there is some good news. Breast Cancer is down 2% in the last ten years. There was a lot of interesting news at http://www.nbcam.org/ when I read the page this morning.
I’m sitting here looking at pictures of my darling Bobbi- she and I together, Bobbi holding baby Kira, Bobbi and I at the beach, even out trip to Mt. St. Helens in 2005. What a great lady! How lucky I am! Is it luck I wonder? Is there some sort of plan, is it Karma? I try not to spend too much time pondering that and just be grateful for what I had and still have. I just know that, because of Bobbi and our family and our friends I am the luckiest and richest man I know.
How about you? How are you? Have I asked about you lately, or am I being self-centered? I do hope you are well. I pray for the recovery of all of those I love suffering will illness or any other troubles. I hope to live my life like Bobbi always did- ready, willing and eager to give any help to anyone I love. Bless you all. I’ll keep you posted.
